Why Do So Many Muslims Want to Deflect from the Rape Gang Inquiry?
Some people sharing this story appear to be trying to deflect from the focus on the Pakistani Rape Gangs.
Predictably, among them is Roshan M Salih, Editor of the UK Muslim media platform 5 Pillars UK. His actions are shameful and betray the many decent Muslims who want this evil confronted, not excused or hidden behind deflection. As for his motives, I can only speculate.
Thomas Waller was arrested, charged, convicted, and will be sentenced to a long prison term. No one is defending him. No one is blaming the culture of the victims. No one is suggesting the children were making lifestyle choices or where their parents were.

Now ask the obvious questions:
- Did he rape children alongside his father, cousins, and brothers?
- Did he traffic victims to clan members in other towns?
- Did his family, friends, or wider community try to defend him or help cover up the depravity of his crimes?
- Did a local MP, dependent on the bloc vote, use their influence to bury the truth?
- When the police turned up, did they arrest the children to “maintain community relations”?
- Did the press hesitate to report the story for fear of damaging race relations?
These things didn’t happen.
Yet every time the industrial-scale rape and trafficking of working-class White girls by organised gangs of Pakistani men is exposed, someone drags out a single case like this to say, “See, White men do it too.”
It’s a deflection. It’s meant to dilute the truth.
The Rape Gangs are a unique phenomenon.
- Racially motivated — because the victims were deliberately chosen for being White, vulnerable, and unprotected.
- Religiously justified — because warped theological ideas about purity, “kuffar,” and sexual entitlement were used as moral licence, reinforced by traditions that permit child marriage and view consent through a different moral and legal lens.
- Culturally embedded — because this behaviour was excused, normalised, and rationalised within tight-knit networks that prized ethnic loyalty over law and decency.
- Politically protected — because officials, councillors, senior police officers, and community gatekeepers chose silence over truth to preserve votes, avoid headlines, and defend the failed experiment of multiculturalism.
- Historically reinforced — because the roots of this mindset stretch back generations, to the ethnic cleansing that accompanied the creation of Pakistan and the rape genocide of Bangladesh — moments when sexual violence was wielded as a weapon of conquest, identity, and control.
These weren’t isolated acts of depravity. This is industrial-scale abuse. It is a national scandal sustained by silence. And those in power, from police to politicians, chose to protect the myth of multiculturalism, the illusion of “community cohesion,” instead of the children they were meant to serve.
This was the state abandoning its own children, not by accident, but by choice, trading their safety for votes, ideology, and the myth of multiculturalism. That’s the difference. And no amount of distraction or moral gymnastics will make it go away.
They'll Rewrite History to Make Themselves the Heroes. Don't Let Them.
This inquiry didn't happen because the government suddenly found its moral compass. It was dragged into existence by survivors who wouldn't shut up, whistleblowers who refused to disappear, and a public tired of being lied to.
For years, they fought against it. Now they'll fight to control it.
Watch how it unfolds. Limited scope. Sanitised language. Politicians rewrite history as if they are the saviours. Meanwhile, evidence will mysteriously vanish. Key witnesses will develop sudden memory loss. And when it's over, they'll package it all up as "lessons learned."
The whitewash has already begun. The only question is whether we let them get away with it. I am Raja Miah. For six years, I led a small team that exposed how politicians protected the rape gangs.
So now the question is: will you stand with me and help make sure the National Inquiry we have all fought for is not a whitewash?
We’re running out of time. Without the numbers, they will win. It’s as simple as that.
