TELFORD: 1,000 CHILDREN, A POWERLESS INQUIRY AND THE MEN WHO WERE NEVER FORCED TO ANSWER.

TELFORD: 1,000 CHILDREN, A POWERLESS INQUIRY AND THE MEN WHO WERE NEVER FORCED TO ANSWER.

Ten years ago, senior figures in Telford opposed an inquiry into the rape and sexual exploitation of its own children.

When an inquiry was eventually commissioned, it was non-statutory. It had no legal powers to compel witnesses to give evidence or force the disclosure of documents. Senior figures who held positions of responsibility during the years of abuse were therefore able to avoid being questioned.

When Tom Crowther KC finally reported in 2022, he referred to estimates that as many as 1,000 children had been sexually exploited. Campaigners consider his estimate to be conservative.

He found that the majority of CSE suspects were men of South Asian heritage, including perpetrators identified by victims as Pakistani. He also exposed how police and other authorities had failed to act, partly because they feared that investigating Asian men would inflame racial tensions.

But his inquiry was unable to hear from everyone it wanted to question, leaving important questions about individual accountability unanswered.

Fast forward 10 years and now the council and police are publicly at odds over what is happening today.

My latest dispatch will be published on Red Wall and the Rabble later this morning. It reveals what the official documents tell us and why this matters as the national inquiry approaches.

All my content is free to read. There are no paywalls to access any of my work. I am 100% publicly funded and independent of any political party. I leave it to you to decide whether I am worth financially supporting.

With the Facebook censorship in effect, I'm hoping that I can convince a small number of the 10,000+ free subscribers to upgrade to a paid subscription. Our paid subscriber target was 2,000 so that I can start hiring staff to help me. We still need another 650 paid supporters.

You all read my work. You wait for the articles to drop in your inboxes. You know what I risk doing what I do. Please, for those of you yet to do so, upgrade to a paid subscription and help finish this.

As for the almost 300,000 of you that read my content and have yet to even sign up. What more can I do to convince you?

Have a look around you. No on else in this country is doing the work that I do, never mind for nearly a decade. All I'm asking in return is that you sign up to a newsletter and add weight to our ability to take on the government. Is that too much to ask?

For eight years I have exposed how politicians, police and public bodies failed working class White girls who were systematically raped by Pakistani grooming gangs. Together, with the support of the people of Oldham, we forced the Government to concede a National Statutory Inquiry after years of resistance.

Children gang raped, communities betrayed, politicians and police officers involved protected, and you expected to shake your head and carry on as if nothing more can be done because lessons have been learned.

For eight years, I have refused. The police repeatedly dawn raided my home and falsified evidence to try and silence me. The newspapers smeared me. And Pakistani gangsters, under the protection of Labour politicians, followed me home. Islamists openly incited my murder.

Blacklisted by the mainstream media, only your support makes it possible for me to keep exposing the truth those in power want buried.

They sold children for votes and sacrificed entire towns and cities at their altar of multiculturalism. I help you make sense of it. And I help you fight back.

If you can’t commit to a regular subscription, a one-off contribution genuinely helps keep this alive. You can support me using one of these links;

We’re up against a machine, politicians, police, officials, and media, working together to shrink, sanitise, and bury the truth. This work survives because of you.

If you’ve ever shared my posts, learned something, or felt less alone reading them, stand with me. I need your help.
