How Labour's Rape Gang Cover-Up Failed

How Labour's Rape Gang Cover-Up Failed

And How, With Your Help, The Cover Up Will Continue To Fail

One year ago today, this was the moment everything changed. When I posted it, we had all but lost. The cover-up was complete.

For six years we campaigned to force Oldham Council to write to the government demanding a Public Inquiry. We fought for numbers. We endured smears, arrests, intimidation and repeated losses in the council chamber. When we finally succeeded, the government had changed. I knew exactly what would come back from a Labour administration when Labour politicians were themselves implicated in the cover-up.

Jess Phillips' refusal was inevitable. The contempt still shocked me.

There are people in power who would rather that Jess Phillips’ letter never existed. There are people in the media who would rather I never existed, as if the national inquiry was secured without the political campaign on the ground, and without the cost I paid. And there are politicians who would rather I stopped existing. The Chair of the National Constitutional Committee of the Labour Party even publicly endorsed the offer of my murder.

I remember New Year’s Day 2025 with total clarity.

I was wrapped in a blanket on my sofa, afraid to put the heating on because I had no money. My savings were gone. I had spent years fighting legal battles, defending myself against malicious arrests and civil actions that collapsed one by one. I had not worked in years. I knew I would never work again, because once you speak out like this, there is no going back.

The only time I pretended everything was okay was when my daughter was home. And she was getting old enough to know it was not.

- Why we took different routes home.
- Why men in cars sometimes followed us, shouting at her father and pointing their fingers like guns as they tailgated us.
- Why she watched me barricade the front door at night before we went to bed.

I was crying when I shared the post last New Year’s Day. I cried because I believed we had failed. I cried because it felt like the truth had finally been buried.

But this is what they did not anticipate. The reach of this platform and the way the truth spreads when people refuse to look away.

I am not here to claim credit. I am not a journalist. I am not a politician. I am not someone chasing popularity who needs the validation of the contents of my dinner plate from strangers.

I am here because children in my town were gang raped and trafficked. I am here because the same was done, on an industrial scale, to children across this country. I am here because I have skills and experiences that can help put this right. And I am here because I believe a higher power put me here.

I am in no doubt, having seen all that I have, that the struggle we are part of is a fight between good and evil.

What I exposed is part of the story of how we got here. Whether I am blacklisted or not no longer matters. As 2025 unfolded, something changed.

Our numbers grew. More people listened. More people understood. And because of you, I could not be whitewashed away.

I need to be honest about what comes next.

Forcing a National Inquiry was not the end. It was the beginning of a more dangerous stage. The government has already taken steps to control and narrow the truth. Securing justice now is harder than anything we have faced so far.

So this is my plea to you for 2026.

Stand with me.
Support me if you can.
Stay committed. Stay courageous. Stay grounded in the truth.

Because the greatest lie they want you to believe is that we got this far without resistance, and that we can now step back and trust them to see it through.

Grooming Gangs Inquiry: Andy Burnham backs Baroness Longfield
Greater Manchester Mayor Andy Burnham says “the time has come to let this inquiry do its business”.

We cannot trust them.

Left alone, without scrutiny, they will rewrite history and make us the ones responsible for failing the nation's children whilst they are the heroes.

  • This is why they are so determined to whitewash me from their official narrative.
  • This is why they are trying to restrict platforms such as X.
  • This is why they punish those of us who use this platform to share our truths.

So my promise to you for 2026, As long as you are with me, I am not going anywhere.

This Campaign Lives or Dies on Numbers

Everything I publish is free. That’s deliberate. Truth behind a paywall can be dismissed. Truth that circulates freely becomes dangerous. That is why I refuse to lock this work away and why its survival depends on numbers, not noise.

Institutions do not fear lone critics. They absorb them. Ignore them. Wait them out. What they fear is scale.

Ten thousand people reading the same facts. Fifty thousand people who cannot be caricatured, isolated, or quietly dismissed.
Numbers create visibility. Numbers create protection. Numbers turn one voice into something that carries weight.

Supporting me isn’t about perks or access. It isn’t charity. It’s mass. Each supporter adds to the count that makes this work harder to bury, harder to smear, and harder to shut down.

The government only responds when they see numbers they can’t ignore. And numbers are the one thing they can’t silence.
