Irish Imy, once chief enforcer and key figure in Jim McMahon’s Labour campaign team in Oldham, has announced his candidacy in Werneth for next May’s elections.

And not a word of protest from Labour. Not from Andy Burnham. Not from Angela Rayner. Most definitely not from his 'childhood friend' Arooj Shah.

The silence is deafening. But it’s not surprising. I once asked a local newspaper editor why this wasn’t being reported. His reply? He was too scared.

What’s happening in Oldham isn’t unique - it’s just the beginning.

Labour strongholds across the country have been infiltrated by Pakistani cartels and Islamist networks. Now they're ready to take over.
