1,000 People Have So Far Said No More

In just over 36 hours, more than 1,000 of you donated to my legal action against Jim McMahon MP. We have raised over £25,000. I am still trying to find the words.

I want to tell you what happened, what it means, and what comes next.

What McMahon Did

In February 2026, Jim McMahon MP published statements on X accusing me of covering up child sexual abuse, dismissing victims as liars, and channelling millions through companies I controlled.

He did not just make allegations. He told the world they were confirmed by official statutory reports. He named those reports. He invited people to check them.

No Serious Case Review mentions me. The ESFA report he cited contains no finding of misconduct against me. He knew that. He posted anyway.

He published at the precise moment I was campaigning to change the limited scope of the national grooming gangs inquiry. The moment I was most visible. The moment when destroying my credibility would do the most damage.

I leave it to you to decide whether this was a coincidence or a strategy.

What This Case Is

This is not a case about hurt feelings. It is about a sitting MP using the authority of official reports to tell the world that a child protection campaigner covered up child abuse. Reports that say nothing of the kind.

If that goes unanswered, the message is clear. Accuse the campaigner. Cite documents that do not support you. Walk away clean.

I have spent nearly eight years documenting what was done to this country's children. Few believed me when I started. Now the world knows of the 'industrial scale' gang rape of the nation's children.

I look back at what was done to stop me campaigning. How my home was repeatedly dawn raided by the police at the instructions of politicians. How I spent three years on bail whilst newspaper after newspaper told lies about me. How I was followed home by Pakistani gangsters and Islamists, who through the protection of the police, boasted of what they were going to do to me. Looking back, my one regret, my mother died before she could see me cleared as every allegation against me collapsed in court.

This fight has never been about me. It is not one I can walk away from. I don't think any of us can. We all know what's at stake.

What Your Money Does

The case moves in stages and the full cost to see it through on where I hope we can secure an early win is £50,000.

The first £20,000 is secured. We got there in just over 24 hours. It funds the specialist barrister drafting the Particulars of Claim, finalising the merits opinion, and unlocking After The Event insurance. That insurance is what stops McMahon's legal team from using financial pressure to kill this before it reaches a courtroom.

The next £10,000 covers the mandatory High Court issue fee. That is the payment that makes this claim live. It is the moment McMahon stops writing letters and has to answer under oath. As I am writing this, we are here.

The final £20,000 funds the work all the way to what we hope will be the summary judgment hearing. That is where we ask the court to rule that McMahon has no real prospect of success because he cannot produce the reports he claimed confirmed his allegations.

Every pound raised moves us closer to that courtroom.
